I bought this beautiful flower crown because I loved the large white flowers. When it arrived I noticed they were smaller than I expected. I reached out to the shop owner and she explained why this is, but offered to fix it for me. At first I didn’t want to be annoying and have her do that, but then I realized that I did want her to make it how I wanted it. She was quick to respond and send me a return shipping label. Fixed the crown with larger flowers and shipped back quickly. 100% love it now and cannot wait to use it in a session. Thank you for great customer service.
